Topic: Corporate Social Responsibility

An overview of what CSR means, beyond the often hyped Carbon Offset debate.

Richard Crum from AirPlus will talk about what corporations are really doing with CSR efforts.

Education Session: GOLF OUTING

The morning session will take advantage of the summer setting and offer MBTA

members the chance to get to know each other while playing golf.

Agenda:          

7:00am ~ Registration - Juice and Coffee

7:30am ~ Golf SCRAMBLE with a Shotgun start. (you must be ready to play at 7:30am)

12:00pm ~ Registration for non-golfers

12:30pm ~ Lunch / Networking (Lunch served @ 12:00 noon)

1:00pm ~ Business Meeting/Committee Reports

1:30pm -   2:30pm ~ Featured Speaker: Richard Crum on Corporate Social Responsibility

 

MBTA is seeking donations of small golf related items for welcome bags.  (We will need 40 of each item for the golfers).

 

The Charity Committee is also seeking donated items for their raffle.  The local charity being supported this time is Habitat for Humanity Detroit.
