Bio: Charlie Mitchell is a product manager with CWT focusing on technology and innovation within business travel. He got his start in the travel industry doing meetings and events hotel sourcing. He earned his undergrad in Psychology and MBA both from the University of Thomas in his home state of Minnesota. When he is not discussing travel trends, Charlie can be found on the hockey rinks in the winter or training for triathlons in the summer.

1. Communicating to travelers

2. Selling the value of their program to end-users

3. Gaining compliance to the program

4. And especially working with multiple departments within the Corporate Structure
