GBTA Opening Welcome Reception - Hilton Bayfront Park
Informal gathering at the welcome reception, look for Michigan Members to gather to the area right after the entrance of the venue.
Tuesday, August 14th: 12:50PM Doors Open
Convention Arena Luncheon
August 14th is Chapter Day at Convention and GBTA is providing chapters a chance to reserve tables near the front of the stage. This will give MBTA members an opportunity to see each other and network over lunch. I will take the first 20 members who sign up by August 1st. Please just email me back letting me know if you would to reserve your spot. Let's fill those seats!!!
The tables will be located near the front section of the arena, close to the stage. Members can ask a GBTA staff member further assistance.
Doors for the Convention Arena Luncheon will open at 12:50 PM PT. All Chapter Network Seats must be filled by 1:00PM or they will be forfeited to the general public.
