Michigan Member Opportunities to meet in Chicago

Sunday, August 4th  4:00PM - 5:30PM

We will be hosting an informal gathering before the Welcome Session at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place ARC Bar from 4pm-5:30pm. Feel free to stop in during this timeframe to meet the group, drinks will be provided! 

GBTA Opening Welcome Session - Convention Arena (Hall B) will follow from 6:00-7:00PM

Tuesday, August 6th: 12:50PM Doors Open

Convention Arena Luncheon

August 6th is Chapter Day at the Convention and GBTA is providing chapters a chance to reserve tables near the front of the stage. This will give MBTA members an opportunity to see each other and network over lunch. I will take the first 20 members who sign up. NO SEATS AVAILABLE, ALL FILLED

The tables will be located near the front section of the arena, close to the stage. Members can ask a GBTA staff member further assistance. 

Doors for the Convention Arena Luncheon will open at 12:50 PM PT. All Chapter Network Seats must be filled by 1:00PM or they will be forfeited to the general public.
