Welcome MBTA members and friends to the long-awaited, first in-person event since February of 2020! We've appreciated your patience as we've prepared for this exciting meeting where we'll get to see one another and share handshakes and hugs (based on your comfort level!) and have fun together again!

11:00 am:  How to "Swing" Your Next Business Trip!

Hear real-life travel stories and gain valuable wisdom from Liz Johnson, Colin Naimy, and Jenny Baumann from recent business and leisure trip experiences. 

"Working life can bring unforeseen stress and strain. Dealing with the complexities of business or life abroad can impact your workforce's health and wellbeing." Hear from Erin Ramos, International SOS, as she presents the importance of psychological wellness during business travel and the impact on travelers. 

Topgolf will provide a professional to help us all brush up on our perfect swing before starting our Topgolf competition!

We'll enjoy lunch together and then we'll play an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy! Topgolf has climate-controlled hitting bays and music along with an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door!

12:00 pm: Ann Rudisill, Downriver for Veterans Presentation

Downriver for Veterans, our 2021 Charity of Focus, is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to supporting local veterans in Downriver Michigan communities. They are dedicated to enhancing the pride and patriotism in all Michiganders by building a stronger, more supportive community around those who served us.

Please bring any of the following donations to this meeting:

• Non-perishable food items
• Pet food and litter
• Toiletries
• New Bedding

Downriver for Veterans CANNOT accept clothing or medical supplies.

Registration must be received by 5:00 pm on Friday, July 23. Registrations received after this time will incur a $10 late fee. 

Pricing: Basic Members will be required to pay a registration fee of $30. If you are renewing your membership at this time, you may also purchase a meetings package at $150, covering in-person meetings for the annual membership period. For the members who previously purchased the meetings package, there is no cost for this event.
