Last year, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) released the 1st international travel risk management standard, ISO 31030, which provides guidance to organizations on how to manage business travel risk to organizations and travelers.

• Introduction to the ISO 31030 TRM Standard, its ten sections, and annexes
• How it benefits organizations, travel programs, and business travelers
• How it benefits travel suppliers, including TMCs, the accommodations sector, and other business travel partners
