Navigating the (ever) changing role of the Travel Manager
New Normal, No Normal, Just Normal. No matter what we call it, the fact is that much has changed in the world and in business travel. The Travel Manager role has been presented with opportunity and challenge and it's time to take control and define what the future skills and responsibilities should be. We will look at the macro trends impacting business travel and the different skills and responsibilities needed to navigate the impact and manage a different type of program.
