Rex Heineman is a Practice Leader within the Business Travel Advisory Services organization. Mr. Heineman brings extensive experience in client management and consulting working with clients to improve policies to drive savings, compliance, and improve travel behavior. In addition, he is also tasked with defining strategy on new policy trends and implementing client focused solutions.

Mr. Heineman has over 20 years travel industry experience including tenure with a major domestic airline, student travel organizations as well as over 15 years with American Express Business Travel. Within American Express, Mr. Heineman has held various management roles in client management, service delivery, network-wide project management, and training prior to joining the Advisory Services organization.

Mr. Heineman is a three-time American Express President's Club Award winner (1998, 1999, & 2003) for his work in client and project management.

Mr. Heineman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Germany from Hastings College in Nebraska. In addition, he has completed graduate work in Organizational Communications from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

He is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan
