Service varies greatly in our Global economy.  Travelers are exposed to multiple degrees of service and measurements.  International security processes may require travelers to be inconvenienced beyond their expectations.  A 3 star hotel in the US is "Not" the same as a 3 star hotel in a third world country.  Airline check-in procedures can be significantly different when traveling in Economy vs. business class outside of the US and international ground transportation takes on a whole different meaning.

We will begin this session with a test of your Geography knowledge, and then lead into the Global service practices of each aspect of Travel (Air, Hotel, Ground Transport, Airport services).

This event promises to be both fun and educational.
