Our MBTA Annual Meeting will include a feature program/speaker, as well as our bylaws update, elections, nice dinner venue and our Chairity Auction.

Meeting Starts at 3:00pm, with the feature program,

Followed by the business meeting at 4:00pm-5:00pm. (with bylaws and election)

The reception and auction begins at 5:00pm, with Dinner served at 6:00pm

Auction closes at 7:30pm, with winners announced.

Guest Registeration will open up on Nov 20, 2009 - Members can register through this site, and guests will be directed to the CVent site for payment options.

2009 Auction & Raffle Items

Please be sure to register online for this year's event which will be held on Thursday, December 3rd at the Sheraton Novi   

 You'll want to park at the North end of the hotel which will allow you to enter directly into the ballroom area.

As always, we are in need of donations for both the auction & raffle.  Please e-mail me at [email protected] with a description of any items you plan to donate, listing the value and advising whether you're bringing the items on 12/03 or mailing them to me in advance (address to be provided if needed).

As in the past, if you donate an item with a value of $100 or more, you may bring your spouse/significant other as your guest for the dinner and auction.  If you elect to bring a business associate and have donated an item, you can bring that associate for $60 which represents a $25 discount off our guest fee.

We will post the donated items and donors on the MBTA web-site, so the earlier you let us know, the sooner your company name will be recognized on the site.  Please donate an item even if you can't attend. You will still receive recognition, and be helping out others in need.  Items may be anything from airline tickets to gift cards to handmade items - be creative!
