Single-use accounts can be an ideal replacement for hotel direct billing accounts, as well as a vehicle to expand your P-card program. Non-employees, such as interview candidates and consultants, and employees without sufficient credit limits, no longer need to pay for hotel stays and submit expense reports. The cumbersome and direct bill process that can creat security issues can be avoided.
