Mind the Gap:  How to Thrive, not Just Survive, in the Global Marketplace
In today's chaotic global marketplace, bridging cultural and language gaps can mean the difference between success and failure.   Savvy businesspeople know that by developing cultural competency they can win more business and exceed customer expectations.

In this lively, interactive presentation you’ll learn how to:

Build profitable, long-term relationships faster and more effectively worldwide

Communicate and negotiate successfully across cultural and language barriers
Leverage current global best practices to exceed customer expectations
Build and lead virtual team tips to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

As a result you’ll grow your business and brand in the constantly changing world marketplace.
